The Human Resource team supports the mission of Goddard Public Schools: To educate all students for lifelong success. We provide comprehensive support to over 1,200 district employees, facilitating crucial functions such as new employee onboarding, management of the Family Medical Leave Act, handling extended staff absences, and helping oversee the Employee Assistance Program. By fostering a culture of recruitment, retention, and continuous professional development, we strive to create an environment where our educators can thrive, ultimately delivering exceptional education experiences. Our team works to ensure our staff are supported, so our students receive the best possible education.
